Emmepiemme S.r.l. offers state-of-the-art pilot plants designed for food companies to test and validate ohmic heating processes. Our facilities, located at the Experimental Station for the Food Preserving Industry (SSICA) in Parma, Italy, provide an ideal environment for conducting trials on various food products.
These pilot plants are capable of processing up to 100 kg/h at temperatures reaching 140°C, accommodating particulates up to 10 mm in size, and are suitable for liquids and protein-rich fluids. Products can be packaged into aseptic pouches or hot-filled, depending on specific requirements.
